Yes: Anything that promotes physical fitness in MS is beneficial. Avoid overexertion as overheating can worsen MS symptoms. If you are not taking Ampyra, (dalfampridine) which is for improving ambulation in MS, you should ask your neurologist about it.

Comments: You appear to have secondary progressive MS, and could definitely benefit from exercise. A rowing machine might be of value, but best to be safe, and see an experienced physical therapist, who can design an appropriate exercise program to specifically cater to your needs and limits. A personal trainer can be of value.
