Lead foot: Hello, the process of removing the pencil lead is pretty simple. As long as it's not infected or painful, let it alone. It will work it's way out by itself. If it's giving you trouble, your family doctor may be able to probe the entry tract after you are numbed up and remove this foreign body in his/her office.
