I accidentally stepped on a mechanical pencil lead/graphite sideways. (under my foot) the mark where it was stabbed still has the presence of the graphite. is this okay? (4~5 days?

Yes. The pencil lead (graphite) is not toxic. Over time it is likely to work its way out. Other than being a break in the skin and thus a possible location for germ entry it is okay. Just monitor the site occasionally so you can deal with that issue if it happens.
