Tooth pain: Your post did not include your age. If you are an adult, take what you would normally take for a headache and call your dentist to get the tooth\teeth fixed. If you are a minor, tell your parents and follow the same guidelines.

Ibuprofen 600mg: Pain med only masks the symptoms. Do have the tooth checked out asap. Assuming you don't have any kidney problem 600mg every 6 hours.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): If the Ibuprofen isn't helping, you can also add tylenol, (acetaminophen) 750 mg up to 4 times per day. In the end, getting the tooth treated is the only sure way to relieve the pain.
