A member asked:

Chronic epididymitis not getting cured, pain in right leg and right epididymis for 10 months? please help, i can't afford anymore hospitals.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: Usually in cases of true infectious epididymitis, the pain and swelling will resolve for the most part during or after treatment with antibiotics, although residual soreness may persist for several more days or even weeks. In rare instances, chronic pain may develop. If your pain has persisted for more than 3 months, you need to consult an urologist.
