I am not really sure: I have seen situations when i would not have prescribed antidepressants when another provider did & I have seen cases where i would have definately suggested antidepressants but the provider did not.

Antidepressants: There is no data stating that antidepressants are overprescribed in this country. It is likely that family physicians and internists prescribe antidepressants often.
