Antidepressants: Seriously! Antidepressant medications are made out of antidepressant chemicals. However, like all drugs & procedures, there's no free lunch. In other words, there's always risk of side effects & complications. For mild depression, ask your FamilyDoc or Psych about cognitive behavioral therapy or some other form of counseling.
