What is temple artiritis?

?temporal arteritis: Hope i understand what you are asking. The corrected term above is an inflammation of the external temporal arteries causing rather severe pain over the temple area, and if not treated could eventuate in blindness. But simple blood test and biopsy can lead to steroid rx and reversal.

Inflammatory process: This is an autoimmune process which can cause lack of blood flow, with risk of blindness and other complications if not treated. Treatment is with medication, but diagnosis is usually with surgical biopsy.
