I have arthritis in my neck, had a procedure done today where i had to lay with my head tilted back for 30 minutes, i can't move it for pain/stiffness?

Stiff neck: Try using a heating pad. Gentle massage or physical therapy can also help. Ask your doctor about home cervical traction. Muscle relaxants are sometimes helpful for these symptoms, but they can cause drowsiness. Sometimes muscle tender point injections are very helpful also.

If resuming : A non steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen does not help then see your arthritis doctor or rheumatologist.
