about 2 years ago i felt that i have lump in my forhead but it was small and not attractive.but now it is growing without pain.is it asign of cancer?

Get a Diagnosis: You need to see a doctor for a diagnosis with a biopsy. A small piece of tissue will be taken and sent to a lab that stains the tissue and looks at it under a microscope to see what is growing. Without a diagnosis, treatment can not be properly made. If the lump is small enough, it maybe be removed during the biopsy. With larger lumps, a small part is removed. Best of luck -- see a doctor soon!

Go get it looked at: Online advice cannot diagnose your problem here.
Go to your dermatologist, there are many things that can grow if not treated, jumping to the cancer conclusion is probably not warranted at this point.
