See your doctor firs: Paralysis of the GI tract is not likely to respond well to marinol. You need a doctor to first find the cause and then prescribe the appropriate medication. Marinol is only approved to treat nausea due to chemotherapy, where it does help but there are many other good anti-nausea medicines available as compared to marinol.
