I recently shaved my pubic hair & my mons pubis/vulva is much darker than my stomach/rest of body. i believe this was caused by scratching, past cysts/abscesses scars, poor shaving, etc. was not dark in past. how can i revert the skin and heal scars?

The genital area in humans is darker normally. Your other problems might have contributed too. Scars can shrink with time. There is no medicine to change the color. I suggest that you see a dermatologist for opinion and let some well trimmedhair grow there if you like to cover the 'darker' skin
