Treatment: Should see orthopedic surgeon but would try physical therapy for the low back pain.

Exercise/ Evaluation: Core strengthening and spinal stabilization are the cornerstones of low back pain. Start with these. Abnormal gait can cause low back pain. If you have a limp or unbalanced gait due to your bow legs (genu varus), you should see an orthopaedic doc for a complete evaluation. Correction of your bow legs could involve surgery.
