What is the best treatment for mild scoliosis that causes lower back pain? would bracing be helpful? any other suggestions?

Exercise: The best thing you can do is exercise to keep your back muscles as strong as possible. I suggest you go to a good physical therapist to teach you the appropriate exercises

Scoliosis : Scoliosis is a curvature of the spine. The best initial treatments include physical therapy, chiropractic care, and pain management. Bracing can be helpful. It is important to be followed by a spine surgeon who specializes in deformity surgery. If the curve becomes too pronounced or if there is intractable pain then surgery to straighten the spine is indicated over nonoperative treatments.
