You're fine: Twenty grams after a workout will be great. I'm pleased you're exercising and building muscle; some people prefer soy because it's vegetarian / vegan. Both are good choices, and despite what you may hear from others there's no real reason to prefer one over the other for the ordinary fitness buff.
