Eczema.: These findings are completely consistent with the eczema tendency that you say you have. The nose contains a lot of bacteria, so the area may have become superficially infected, preventing it from healing. Try an antibiotic ointment (bacitracin or neosporin) and keep it clean. If it persists, check with your doctor.
