See PCP first: Discuss your concerns with your pcp as any psychosocial issues need to be addressed before any specific treatments can be implemented. If you have had a normal pubertal growth then additional hormones are not indicated. Once everything else has been corrected then most patients opt for surgical breast augmentation.
