Unlikely: This is a normal reaction to overuse of the muscles Keep yourself dehydrated and it should settle in few days

Getting fit: Expect this from a good workout. Good for you and keep it up.

No: These aches and pains may be associated with strains and possibly microtears of muscle fibers, but no extensive muscle destruction as occurs in rhabdomyolysis and the kidney damage caused by muscle breakdown products excreted in the urine. Nevertheless it's a good idea to drink good amounts of water to ensure normal urination. Your aches and pains should gradually clear after a couple of days.

Probably not : Unlikely to be rhabdomyolysis . Your urine is no normal and muscles are not sore and these are good signs . Do stretches , hydrate well and continue exercise . If urine becomes darker in colour or you have severe pain in muscles then see doctor .
