Very nonspecific: Description of your problem to give you a factual good base opinion. But, if you are coughing because your asthma, chest wall pain can occur due to minor costochondral sprains. If the pain is a pressure pain associates with activities and improving with rest, a coronary syndrome have to be r/o. See your physician for a better history and physical exam.
