Nothing: Each cancer is treated individually depending on the characteristics of the cancer. Not all of even the same cancer is treated alike. We do not do prophylactic chemotherapy.

Insightful question: But the answer is no, chemo is not given in a preventative fashion. However, some drugs can be used to reduce the risk of certain cancers (chemoprevention) such as Aspirin for colon cancer or tamoxifen for breast cancer. These are not chemotherapy drugs in the strict sense of the word.
