If no packing, now: If your surgery did not require nasal packing, or if packing has already been removed, no reason to delay flying. Because of the possibility of swelling in your nose, particularly around sinus opening, use an oxymetazoline nasal spray prior to flying to decrease swelling, if any.

Septoplasty: Depends? Need to check for eustachian tube dysfunction. Some times post op swelling can cause trouble. Ask your surgeon to be safe.

Flying after surgery: That decision should be left up to your surgeon as your surgeon will be the one taking care of you if any problems develop from traveling. Aircraft are pressurized to the equivalent of being at 8000 feet.
