A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. David Jin answered

High hemoglobin...: Is it an acute or chronic problem? Besides dehydration, there are other conditions associated with a high hemoglobin count, including living in high altitude, advanced lung disorders (such as emphysema), polycythemia vera, certain tumors, ...Etc. See a hematologist to sort things out.
