A member asked:

I have low a low amount of haemoglobin, and my periods are not timely, they stop even for two months. i faint sometimes without no reason.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Anemia: There are many causes for anemia including blood loss, a dietary deficiency, and several genetic diseases. The anemia can increase the feeling of weakness and cause fainting. It is a good thing that you are skipping periods now since you do not need to be loosing blood if you are anemic. Start by adding iron to your diet or as a supplement and see a doctor to be sure of the cause. Hope this helps
