Milk possibilities: The girl could be on medications which stimulate milk secretion. Also there could be other endocrinologic reasons for this. Please see your doctor about this.

Pituitary problems: There is a gland in your brain, your pituitary, that's repsonsible for producing the hormones that lead to milk production and milk letdown. Sometimes when women have tumor in this area, they can have milk production. See a doctor for check up and labs.
