Now: You should test for pregnancy now and if it is posit and you are bleeding you should get in to see you physician right away. You also need to get in and get evaluated for the fatigue - you may be anemic from all of the bleeding. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water.

Other issues?: If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. However your symptoms may be due anemia caused be excessive menstrual blood loss. It would be prudent to see your doctor for evaluation.
