Surgery: The tubes can be reattached but this is challenging surgery and not always successful. Can also do in vitro fertilization and implantation which is expensive and not covered by insurance.

Possible: Depending on how the ligation procedure was done, it can be possible to reverse the ligation procedure. Some of the ligations cannot be reversed and require in vitro fertilization for any hope of conceiving.
