My wife i got a first pregnancy after 6 month of marriage no we have a 2 years baby girl still, again my wife don't get a pregnancy i'm worried about it kindly suggest me what is the reason? also so we both are fine but don't know why is this!

Some thoughts: The average cited wait for a desired pregnancy is 6 mo with a range of wks to a year. If you are past a year trying with no success it is reasonable for you both to seek evaluation at a fertility center. A problem mav have arisen they can fix & both may have the issue.Your regular doc likely knows who you can see for this workup.
