Earlobe cysts: Hello, earlobe cysts occur from blocked sweat glands in the skin. Once these become blocked, they can develop inflammation and infection. If you try to pinch the lesion to "pop it", scar tissue develops around the gland and a cyst is born. Some people's skin is more prone to this than others. See an ENT doctor, dermatologist or a plastic surgeon for removal.
