I have a cyst in both my earlobes, the cysts are not noticeable but one earlobe has now got bigger than the other.what should i do?thanks

Possible infection: Cysts are benign. However, they can get infected and they can increase in size. If pain, one would think in terms of infection. If not pain then non-infected size is probably the issue. In the long run, if a cyst is causing problems, it can and ought to be removed. Draining a cyst will get it's size down but it will eventually refill; they have to be removed entirely to be gone
