Borborygmi: ...is a rumbling, growling or gurgling noise produced by movement of the contents of the gastro-intestinal tract as they are propelled through the small intestine by a series of muscle contractions called peristalsis. This is normal and some people may have larger sounds than others. If you eat too fast, or too much, you may get nauseous. Try changing your diet and eating less fats.C Dr.if need B
