Any ideas for natural supplements to help with anxiety? already use chamomile, considering l-theonine. trying to reduce my ativan (lorazepam) usage.

Complex anxiety: From your additional information, your anxiety is complex. Anorexia nervosa, chronic pain, and adhd all need specialized treatment. I suggest working with your psychiatrist & staying in psychotherapy. L-theanine is effective in some, but magnesium might be better for you (taurate or glycinate would be best absorbed). Also there are passion flower, lemon balm, kava tea, and wild milky oat seed.

Try relaxation & EP: Kava kava, passion flower, and valerian root may help; but also try relaxation techniques and energy tapping. Assistance of a qualified therapist is recommended.
