Direalization feeling, i guess anxiety. i'm nervous about taking ativan (lorazepam) though even though i've taken it many times. nervous it will make it worse.

Take it: If Ativan (lorazepam) has helped before, I would try it again. If this happens frequently, I would talk to your doctor about a more long term preventative medication or to a therapist about some ways to reduce anxiety.
