Can't tell 4 sure: Cancer typically will not develop that fast but why risk it, dude? Dipping is a dangerous and in my opinion a quite disgusting habit (no offense bro). Save your money, your teeth, your appeal to the ladies, and your life. Quit that stuff!

Probably not.: It is unlikely that cancer would develop that quickly. A good oral exam by your dentist should check for unusual mouth/gum sores. But, i would highly recommend stopping using any form of tobacco. We know it causes cancer.
