Gonorrhea: Is a mandatory reportable disease, the health department will be required by law to contact everyone you've slept with, while they can keep it confidential, you're best telling your gf yourself, if you've had sex with her she's probably already got it and you could make her infertile by not telling her. Plus you'll get it again. Man up and don't be a creep - tell her.
