See below: Please see your physician for a complete workup. There's lots of reasons for no energy. Do not delay and set around and wonder what's wrong. You need to see your physician!

Fatigue in Male: There really is, unfortunately, a male menopause syndrome known as 'the metabolic syndrome'. If you were in my office i would want to do a full panel of blood tests and an examination to determine your thyroid, blood pressure, blood sugars and testosterone level among other things. You may do well to get to your family physician for this evaluation.
