A member asked:

Have pressure in frontal sinuses for 3 years, but isn't painful just annoying, no other symptoms of a sinus infection. i work in concrete construction?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Try saline flush: You probably need to see a doctor to have your nose and sinuses checked. If you are inhaling concrete dust all day, it can be irritating to the inside of your nose and possibly your sinuses. This can lead to difficult to treat sinus trouble in the future. For now use saline flush and follow up with daily use of a saline spray into each nostril.
