Excess fat deposit: The extent of the fat distribution would have to be assessed and the appropriate therapy discussed with you.

Back fat rolls and l: Liposuction usually is the best choice for back fat rolls. Final outcome varies depending on skin quality and other factors.

Fat in the back: If the fat is not excessive, liposuction will improve the role. If there is a lot of excess skin then a lift by removing the skin excess is necessary.

Liposuction: Liposuction is ussually sufficient to remove the back rolls. If there is a high degree of excess skin you may require a back lift as well.

It depends...: It depends on how tight your skin is and how much fat is there to be removed. We get nice results with liposculpting alone on the "back fat." But if you have had significant weight loss or have a lot of loose skin a back lift may be the way to go. For options on treating back fat see: http://www.omahacosmeticsurgery.com/back/
