Could be stuttering: Look up "stuttering" on the internet and see if that applies to you. A speech pathologist (most hospitals have them) can help, even if this isn't exactly the right diagnosis. Good luck!

Seek further advice: Start by talking with your primary care physician. Provide a review of your recent activities, including physical and recreational. Report any recent head injuries, substance use, traumas or lifestyle changes. If all of these are unremarkable, then there is probably minimal to worry about.
