Genital warts: Do not impact pregnancy or babies. You can safely get pregnant and have children. Over time your immune system will fight off the virus infection and you won't get warts any more. There are simple office treatments to treat warts. Go see your doctor and get them treated.

Yes - good news: 90% of people with hpv clear it through their own immune system within three years. If you are doing the recommended follow-up (pap smear at least every 6 months) any problem will be caught early and can be treated and cured.
