Pleurisy: This could be from pleurisy which is inflammation of the covering of lungs. Many causes. Pneumonia , blood clot in lungs. The second one is very dangerous. Seek medical help.

Pleurisy: Sounds like pleurisy. Typically a transient (but painful) inflammation of the lining (pleura) of the lung. Worse with deep breaths.
