Yes & no: In a non-diabetic, pancreas makes appropriate amount of insulin. So no, it's not dangerous. But if you took Insulin when you didn't need it, then it could be dangerous by lowering your blood sugar too much which could lead to unconsciousness, seizure & death. In other words, don't do it. Same thing could happen in diabetic if took too much Insulin or forgot to or didn't eat after injection.

Low sugar: It may cause your sugar to be excessively low. Therefore it is not safe unless prescribed by a dr.

It could: Drop your glucose to a dangerously low level. You could pass out or even worse. It's a ridiculous thing to try, don't do it.

Insulin is dangerous: Hi. Insulin exogenously administered is potentially dangerous to anyone. We (endocrinologists) use the "insulin tolerance test" to assess adrenal and growth hormone systems in certain cases. One-tenth of a unit of insulin per kilogram body weight is enough to make normal, non-diabetics hypoglycemic. So, small insulin doses could be taken with impunity (but WHY?), but bigger doses are DANGEROUS!
