May be normal: Calcium screening should only be done to evaluate someone at some risk for hear disease for whom other tests are not appropriate. Otherwise such screenings can find variations of normal. If something is found however, a follow up study is usually done in 6-12 months, and not 3 years.

Ask your : Cardiologist. This sounds like an incidental finding, where you don't have any symptoms for an aorta problem. If you screened the entire population, some percentage will show findings, which may or may not be clinically significant. Now that it was discovered you can keep an eye on it.

Numbers?: Without actual numbers, it is hard to answer that question. Ask your doctor more specifics. A slight enlargement often comes with age, but check with you doctor to be sure. A repeat scan in 3 years is reasonable.
