What is this lump on my left side collarbone?

Need More info.: I am going to assume you mean the lump/bump at the outer edge of the collarbone (clavicle). This is a joint called the ac joint or acromioclavicular joint. If you have pain with this lump or it is a new lump or slowly increasing in size you need to see an orthopedic surgeon and get xrays. Good luck.
