Could be: You might be fairly slim which will mean your sternoclavicular joint (breastbone to collarbone) is quite prominent. However without examining it dont know if something else like a cyst or other bony abnormality of the chest wall is occurring and some of the latter are associated with medical conditions. So please see your GP for examination and tests
