Tendonitis: When the tendons are injured in some capacity this is the feeling you get. Ice them and consider heel lifts inside ths hoes about a quarter inch to allow them to rest while walking as they won't exert themselves as much as they are preloaded.

A few things: It could be achilles tendinitis, a bursitis, a never irritation or something else. Seeing a podiatrist or orthopedist should help provide a more specific diagnosis.
