It is a bad cancer: Liver cancer is a very serious type of cancer and carries a high mortality. If it is surgically removable(stage 1/2), then there is a chance for cure. For stage 3 it will take a lot of effort between multiple specialists involved to try controlling it but the chances for success are small. You should seek treatment by a specialist at a cancer center.
