Is allergic rhinitis can affect vocal cords?

Dr. John Chiu answered

Yes: If you have a lot of post-nasal drips, it can irritate the vocal cord. If you need to breathe through your mouth because of nasal obstruction, your throat may feel dry from the mouth-breathing.
