I only get post nasal drip from allergic rhinitis , but other people get runny nose i have seen , some people get both ( burning nasal discharge + pnd). is this the difference in the anatomy? or due to sinus abnormalities and deviated nasal septum?

The runny nose is mainly from rhinitis, not sinusitis. People can have predominantly allergic sinusitis or just rhinitis or both rhino-sinusitis so the drainage will be different.
