Concerning: Parasthesias are abnormal sensations like tingling or numbness. Dysthesias are painful sensations. This can be from injury or infection, like shingles. See a physician for an examination if your symptoms persist.

Migraine symptom: I agree with what my colleague wrote, and i'd like to offer one more potential scenario/ etiology. Chronic migraine is often associated with cutaneous scalp allodynia--the sensation that anything touching the scalp is painful. It usually reflects the chronicity of that individual's migraines.
