Sometimes often neck: You need to be evaluated for a neck problem or nerve irritation syndrome in your neck or possibly a nerve irritation at your wrist. Shoulder injuries that injure the brachial plexus can cause hand tingling as well.

Shoulder / hand: It is unusual for shoulder injuries to produce tingling in ones hand. So.. If u have hand tingling it is usually a consequence of problem away from the shoulder,. Get it checked
